Lead with the problem, not the product. Don't say "I have a Medicare plan for you." Ask "Are you happy with what your current plan covers? Is the cost working for you?" Let the need surface naturally.

Text converts better than email for warm referrals. Send a short text with your referral link: "Hey [Name], I just found something that might save you money on [Medicare / your mortgage / etc.] — worth checking out: [link]"
